Early Education in California: The Good, the Bad and the Ugly

With a new Administration, a first budget and the February 22nd deadline to introduce bills in the California Legislature having come and gone, now is a good opportunity to take a look at what the year is shaping up for early care and education programs in California.

Hear from an expert panel, representing the California Department of Education, Federal Head Start, and experts on ECE legislation, for an informative panel conversation. Engage in a rich dialog about how early learning is shaping up in 2019-2020 and what is on the horizon for the coming years.
