EveryChild California is honored to invite you to the 2026 Great Administrators Seminar and Leadership Bootcamp.

This year's theme Great Administrator’s theme is, Beyond Ideas: Creating Systems That Support Change, moves past standard professional development. We will step into an implementation mindset, utilizing a practical, four-stage framework, Learn, Practice, Support/Reflect, and Refine, to address the most pressing vulnerabilities in subsidized early learning and care today.

Over two intensive, collaborative days, you will audit your systems alongside peers who truly understand your daily challenges. Together, we’ll reframe our biggest obstacles:

• Staffing & Personnel: Move beyond the narrative of shortages. We will look at where new staff are getting stuck in the onboarding and implementation cycle, and design leadership practices that reduce initiative fatigue and stop turnover.

• Compliance & Regulations: Shift from surviving heavy mandates to embedding compliance seamlessly and sustainably into daily routines, protecting your staff's time and well-being.

• Budget & Finance: Learn how to align funding priorities directly with sustainable practices, investing in the core infrastructure that supports your workforce rather than chasing constant new initiatives.

This isn’t a passive seminar. You’ll work hands-on and collaborate in facilitator-led breakout rooms, and walk away with concrete, actionable takeaways customized for your program.

With more than 30 years of experience in education, and as the founder of Elevate ECE Consulting, she works alongside schools, centers, and leadership teams to strengthen instructional practice support systems and help professional learning translate into meaningful classroom impact.
