This is a 3-Part Series training created for all levels of understanding.

Take a deep dive into the essential components of fiscal management for your subsidized center-based or FCCHEN program with EveryChild California’s ABCs of Fiscal Management, a three-part training series designed to strengthen your financial planning, compliance, and sustainability. This in-depth series breaks down the “ABCs” of fiscal leadership—A for Audit readiness, B for Budgeting Responsibly, and C for Cost Allocations—guiding participants through key requirements, common risk areas, and proven strategies to support strong fiscal outcomes. Each session combines two hours of targeted instruction with facilitated peer breakout discussions, giving you time to reflect on takeaways, ask questions, and plan next steps with colleagues facing similar challenges. Participants may register for the full series or attend individual sessions à la carte, making this a flexible, practical learning opportunity tailored to real-world program operations.
