Join EveryChild California with ECE Voices in Sacramento on March 11–12, 2026, for a two-day Northern Region convening that connects advocacy, policy, and community.
Day One will be an Advocacy Day led by EveryChild CA’s ECE Voices, offering participants the opportunity to visit the California State Capitol and engage directly with policymakers. Attendees will share their lived experiences and represent their communities on issues impacting funding, quality, and sustainability for the early learning workforce, children, families, and the programs they operate.
Day Two will bring together leaders from the California Department of Education, California Department of Social Services, the Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and the Community Care Licensing Division for an informative and forward-looking conversation on California’s mixed delivery system for child care and early learning. Together, we will explore timely policy updates, cross-agency perspectives, and an outlook on the year ahead—while creating meaningful space to build relationships.
Designed to strengthen dialogue and connection, this two-day experience offers valuable opportunities to network with state partners and fellow EveryChild CA members, deepening collaboration and collective impact in support of children, families, and the early learning field.
ECE Voices is EveryChild California’s grassroots advocacy network, elevating the voices of center-based providers to influence policy and strengthen early learning across the state.
