Contract Operations Forum

Join EveryChild California for the Contract Operations Forum, an annual virtual webinar designed to orient child care and early learning leaders to the current-year operational requirements for their state contracts. Participants will select one of three program-specific tracks—General Child Care (CCTR), California State Preschool Program (CSPP), or Alternative Payment (AP)—to receive guidance tailored to their contract type.

Each track provides a high-level overview of current operational expectations, contract requirements, fiscal considerations, compliance responsibilities, and important policy or procedural updates for the program year. Presenters will share practical insights, highlight key resources, and discuss strategies that support successful contract administration throughout the year.

In addition to the live training experience, participants will receive digital access to presentation materials and other resources designed to support accurate and efficient enrollment practices long after the training concludes. Content is regularly updated to reflect the latest guidance, regulations, and policy changes affecting California's state-funded child care programs.
