Enrolling Families in Part-Day State Preschool

EveryChild California and Monarch Link have created a training focused solely on the Family Data File. During our time together, participants will learn key concepts and take away strategies to efficiently select and enroll children in part-day programs operated by the California Department of Education.
Throughout this 2-day training, our facilitators will go in-depth on all subjects related to the Family Data File, such as recertification timelines, family size, Notice of Actions, and others. The benefit of attending a training like this one is that you will receive a walkthrough and be shown real-life examples to help you further grasp the nuances of enrolling in part-day preschool.
In addition to the live training experience, participants will receive digital access to presentation materials and other resources designed to support accurate and efficient enrollment practices long after the training concludes. Content is regularly updated to reflect the latest guidance, regulations, and policy changes affecting California's state-funded child care programs.
