The start of the 2026/2027 program year is here, along with enrollment-based reimbursement for state contractors. Join EveryChild California’s panel discussion on July 9 from 1:00–2:00 PM for a conversation about what we know so far about the ending of hold harmless, enrollment-based reimbursement, and the topics covered in MB 26-06 and CCB 26-15. Panelists will discuss the updates we've received from state partners and the areas where programs are still looking for additional clarity
This webinar is the first session of our new State Contracting Debrief Series, created to give EveryChild California members a space to process new state guidance together, better understand what information is available today, and discuss strategies for implementation with your peers across the state.
This series offers a space to recap state contracting guidance and updates and build shared understanding as a member community. We will share themes and questions we're hearing from the field, provide updates we've received from state partners, and discuss practical considerations for agencies as they begin planning for changes.
