Statewide Meeting: Governor's May Revise Budget Proposal

Our EveryChild CA May Statewide Meeting is designed to provide a space for our community to review the Governor’s May Revise Budget Proposal and discuss the potential impact on ECE programs across the state with Fiscal and Policy analysts, along with representatives from CDSS and CDE. This is a critical moment for the Early Learning and Care community, and understanding the details of the May Revise will drive our advocacy efforts in the weeks ahead. 

In the meeting, we will cover updates to child care infrastructure funding, COLA, QRIS, Alternative Payment programs, and more, while also spotlighting what has been left out of the proposal. This will provide us with an opportunity to strategize about what to advocate for and where to focus our efforts.
