Strong Foundations: ECE Regulatory Forum

Running a high-quality early learning program means staying ahead of constantly shifting regulations, training your team on safety-critical practices, and being ready for an inspection on any given day — all while actually leading your program. Strong Foundations is EveryChild California's new member-exclusive learning series, built specifically for the program leaders who carry that responsibility. Across seven live webinars throughout the program year, you'll explore the operational systems, practices, and procedures that support safe, compliant, and high-quality programs.

This session will focus on how to navigate changes affecting the ECE community. The first half of the training will be discussions involving the shifts that have occurred on or after July 1st; we will be taking a deep dive into updates that come from recently signed bills. The training will conclude by going into what is expected from future regulation and directive updates. 

In addition to the live training, participants will receive digital access to the presentation materials, along with the recording for 30 days following the training. Content is regularly updated to reflect the latest guidance, regulations, and policy changes affecting California's state-funded programs.
