Strong Foundations: Emergency Preparedness & Disaster Planning

Strong Foundations is EveryChild California's new member-exclusive learning series, built specifically for the program leaders who carry that responsibility. Across seven live webinars throughout the program year, you'll explore the operational systems, practices, and procedures that support safe, compliant, and high-quality programs.

This session will focus on everything that goes into emergency preparedness and disaster planning. Throughout the training, our presenters will be covering what is required for Licensed Child Care, best practices for your emergency disaster plan, relocation/unification, and other topics essential for preparing for any disaster. You will leave this training with helpful tips and resources that will make your disaster plan, not only easy to plan but also to implement. 

In addition to the live training, participants will receive digital access to the presentation materials, along with the recording for 30 days following the training. Content is regularly updated to reflect the latest guidance, regulations, and policy changes affecting California's state-funded programs.
