Position Title: Executive Director, Early Childhood Education

Employment Term: Full-Time Permanent 

The Executive Director, Early Childhood Education (ECE), reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, is responsible for oversight of the entire operation of the ECE branch, including marketing and outreach, program development and oversite, California licensing compliance, facilities and safety, volunteer and staff development, financial development, grant management and compliance, community relations, and 
collaborations with community agencies. Serves as a member of the Association’s Executive Council team, providing input into the strategic direction of the organization. Must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous, growth focused and deadline-oriented workplace.
