CDSS Child Care Bulletins
- CCB 25-26 (October 22, 2025) Cost Of Care Plus Rate Payments To Child Care Centers Pursuant To Senate Bill (SB) 120 (Chapter 13, Statutes Of 2025)
- Pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code (WIC) section 10277.2, as amended by SB 120 and SB 151, centers shall receive the increased cost of care plus payment commencing July 1, 2025. Timely payment provisions under WIC section 10277 remain in effect.
- CCB 25-25 (October 22, 2025) Continued And Expansion Funding Application Fiscal Year (FY) 2026-27

- CCB 25-24 (September 26, 2025) Continuation Of Child Care Reimbursement Based On Enrollment And Maximum Authorized Need For Child Care And Development Programs Administered By The California Department Of Social Services (CDSS)
- The purpose of this bulletin is to guide counties and contractors regarding the continuation of the policy to reimburse for care in
voucher programs based on a child’s maximum authorized need rather than
attendance, and to reimburse for care in center-based programs based on 100% of the contract maximum reimbursable amount or net reimbursable program costs, whichever is less, through June 30, 2026, pursuant to SB 120.

Provider Information Notices (PINs):
- PIN 25-10-CCP - All Licensed Child Care Providers Displayed on MyChildCarePlan.org website

include the listing of all licensed child care facilities, including providers who are
licensed, provisional, or on probation.
