California TBL Proposals Posted

The Department of Finance has posted the January Budget Proposal 25-26 Trailer Bills online.  The purpose of Trailer Bills is to change state law and implement the policies as outlined in the Budget Act.  There are specific Trailer Bills in policy areas, such as health, housing, K-12, early education, and higher education. These are the initial versions of the bills, which will go through the Budget Committee hearing process and will not get signed until June.
